HTT (Xiamen) Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refered as Donghua Hytech (Xiamen) Company) was established in December 2004, with the registered capital of RMB 30,000,000. Since establishment, Donghua Hytech (Xiamen) Company has been insisting on the principle of honest operation, enjoying good commercial standing in all aspects. We are a foreign trade enterprise approved by Xiamen Customs to be applicable for type A management, enjoying the measures of convenient and quick customs clearance of Customs. We are a council member of Xiamen General Chamber of Commerce, China Chamber of International Commerce Xiamen Chamber of Commerce and a vice chairman member of Xiamen Chamber of Commerce for Textile and Apparel.

Donghua Hytech (Xiamen) Company has independent import and export rights. We are engaged in the import and export of various commodities and technologies (excluding those limited or banned ones to import and export by the state), and we are the most important trading medium of HTT Group. Our main business: new type textile raw materials, functional new type fabric, and the import and export of garments and home textiles. Our sub-scopes are: importing and exporting on proxy of various products such as coated paper, beer's mark, packaging machinery, stone and block, and the domestic trade of synthetic yarns. Since the end of 2005, the import and export amount of our company has accumulated to more than USD 50 million. Our company has paid the tax of nearly RMB 4,000,000, and we have been assessed as grade AA in bank credit.
